TO: UTS students and 2011 Prospective Course Sponsors

SUBJECT: 2011 Training Course Costs – Tuition and Instructor Expenses.

Universal Tracking Services Corporate Board has determined it necessary to impose upon course arrangers and course sponsors new costing provisions to continue presenting the tracking training program. Therefore UTS will require the following course costing/expense agreements for training course commitments beginning in January 2011.

 

PROVISIONS AND COURSE SPONSOR AGREEMENTS:

TUITION FEES

1.  Tuition for tracking courses at all training levels will be $175.00 USD per student.  
 
2.  Pre-registered students who are unable to attend a course for good reason will have their monies refunded, minus the $35.00 non-refundable deposit.

MINIMUM STUDENT REQUIREMENTS

3.  Training course sponsors will be required to pre-register a minimum of 12 students not less than 16 days prior to the event start or otherwise guarantee UTS a minimum of $2,100.00 in tuition fees. Course events failing to pre-register a minimum of 12 students prior to the 16 day closing date for applications and unable to guarantee  the minimum tuition fees, the course will be cancelled by UTS.

MINIMUM INSTRUCTOR REQUIREMENTS

4.  UTS will send a minimum of two instructors to every course scheduled regardless of minimum student  registrations.

COURSE SPONSORS MUST AGREE TO REIMBURSE UTS EXPENSES

5.  Course sponsors will agree to reimburse UTS for all Instructors’ (minimum of two) travel, lodging and meal expenses related to the course presentation.

6.  In event a course is canceled due to lack of sufficient student registrations or inadequate minimum tuition requirements, course sponsors must agree to reimburse UTS for expenses incurred in arranging to provide for the course presentation.
